January 31, 2020 – Boston, MA – Concentrix Catalyst, formerly Concentrix Catalyst, a Sitecore Certified Platinum Partner, is excited to announce that two of its team members, Madhu Anbalagan and Jeff Cram, have been named Sitecore Most Valuable Professionals for 2020.

The Sitecore MVP Award is given to distinguished individuals within the Sitecore community. It is categorized into four areas: Technology, Strategy, Commerce, and Ambassador.

Madhu has served as a Senior Software Engineer at Concentrix Catalyst since 2018. This year’s award is her first Sitecore Technology MVP recognition. She is known as an expert in implementing Sitecore Forms. She has presented on this topic in person at the New England Sitecore User Group Meetup, as well as virtually for Sitecore User Groups in Ecuador, Bulgaria, Delhi, and Bangalore (both in India).

2020 is the third year in a row that Jeff, a Concentrix Catalyst Partner and Boston Office Manager, has been designated this honor. This is his first year serving as a Strategy Sitecore MVP. Jeff has spoken on panels at Sitecore Symposium, Sitecore’s must-attend annual conference for the Sitecore community, and he frequently delivers workshops across the US on how organizations can best create connected digital experiences for their customers. Jeff also co-founded the New England Sitecore User Group, which celebrated its tenth year of active participation by its members this past October.

The Sitecore MVP program honors more than 300 individuals who have gone above and beyond to support the Sitecore community with educational product content and engagements, in addition to offering invaluable early user feedback on products in development. Now in its 14th year, the MVP program represents professionals from across 35 countries and more than 140 companies who provide the human element critical to driving innovations for Sitecore solutions.

Sitecore selects MVPs with an objective evaluation process that weighs their understanding of the Sitecore platform and commitment to the community. Community engagement is measured on the volume and quality of content shared with customers and developers through thought leadership, chat groups, and user forums. These select individuals also engage directly with Sitecore, offering early assessment of new products before they come to market.
