About the presenters

Leslie Joseph is a principal analyst at Forrester Research. Leslie’s research focuses on the themes of process automation, low-code application development, and automation-fueled digital transformation. His research helps CIOs and technology leaders prepare for the disruptive effects and opportunities ensuing from the advent of hybrid man-machine workforces, automation technologies, and the evolving nature of work. Leslie has over two decades of experience in various product, marketing, customer experience (CX), and strategy roles across technology companies and digital natives. Before joining Forrester, Leslie worked at Infosys, Wipro, Publicis.Sapient, and [24]7.ai. He has an engineering degree and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

Markus Zirn serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Workato. He has 20 years experience in business development, products, marketing and sales programs, and has led large product portfolios in big data ($450M revenue), SOA ($900M revenue), and SaaS. He is a recognized international leader, with education and business experience in four countries, several external advisory board positions, and an award-winning book publication.
