Before COVID-19, projections estimated that by 2028 nearly three-quarters of all teams will have remote workers. We’re now seeing an acceleration of that trend. Due to travel restrictions and the risks associated with large groups in enclosed spaces, many companies have put on hold in-person events like enterprise-wide planning sessions that would bring these remote teams together. With so much tied to cross-functional collaboration, planning sessions can’t get kicked down the road indefinitely.

Virtual Big Room Planning is a 2-day “all hands” agile event that brings remote teams together to cohere around a forecast and commit to feature delivery work. It involves active participation from business, product and technology teams.

You’ll walk away with a better approach to virtual cross-functional collaboration and a roadmap for how to run your next virtual Big Room Planning session.
