To further develop Women in Leadership, we have a women’s mentorship program to pair up female employees with female Concentrix Catalyst executives.
The goal of this program is to promote growth, learning, and leadership skills among our female leadership. The mentor’s role is to provide guidance and fresh perspectives to their mentees, using their past knowledge and experiences to enrich their mentee’s experience at Concentrix Catalyst as well as in their personal lives. Our goal is for employees to have a rich and vibrant experience while at Concentrix Catalyst and to have continued growth.
