Many people start their DEI journey by asking: “What can I do?” While there are numerous ways you can support the social issues you care about; learning and reflecting are some of the easiest, low-barrier ways to start. And for those who are avid social activists, you already know that this part is a continuous process.
In our book and media club, we learn together by exploring carefully curated educational DEI content in the form of videos, articles, podcasts, documentaries, films, and books. Topics may include a number of focus areas like minorities’ experience in the workplace, being transgender in today’s society, racial bias in AI and technology, among others.
