Visionary business leader brings decades of experience driving enterprise growth; will guide transformation strategy as company scales

(May 10, 2019) – Concentrix Catalyst, formerly Concentrix Catalyst, today announced that Tom Monahan has joined its board of directors as executive chairman.

As longtime chairman and CEO of CEB, Inc., which was acquired by Gartner in 2017, Monahan spent more than two decades redefining how the world’s leading companies make critical business decisions.  A particular focus of his tenure included the development of scaled solutions built on groundbreaking insights into sales and services processes drawn from work like CEB’s “Challenger Sale” and “Effortless Experience”.  The addition of Monahan comes at a pivotal time in Concentrix Catalyst’s growth as it continues to expand and evolve to bring new capabilities to market and scale its operations while delivering technology-enabled experiences.

“Tom’s unparalleled expertise into building highly valuable enterprise companies will be a strategic asset to us as we target ongoing growth and preserve our unique culture,” Manish Mehta, COO and co-founder of Concentrix Catalyst, said. “His first-hand experience implementing approaches that enable innovation at scale will help strengthen and drive our transformation initiatives and growth.”

“Tom has the talent and experience to help Concentrix Catalyst deliver impactful solutions and achieve its growth goals,” said Julius Genachowski, managing director at The Carlyle Group and Concentrix Catalyst board member. “We are excited that he will be a part of Concentrix Catalyst’s future, working alongside its founders and the company’s great management team.”

Monahan graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in English and earned an MBA with distinction from New York University. He previously worked at Deloitte and Accenture.
