The most comprehensive global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions engaged us to help them develop an iOS tablet and Mobile App for their Sales Performance Management Tool (Oracle).

Opportunity

Our goal was to empower sales teams to envision, track, and achieve their sales goals while on the move.

Approach

Our solution development was guided by seven key design principles: usability, relevance, readability, visual interpretation, timeliness, multi-tasking, and consistency of cross-platform information and flow. Based on insights generated from stakeholder workshops we were able to design and deliver a user-friendly and easily accessible sales app.

Outcome

The application was met with a standing ovation when presented at a national sales conference in mid-January. Phase 2 is currently in progress.
