The Fleet Merchant Program for a national bank allows its clients to effectively and easily manage fuel-related expenses for their fleet. The program is the second-largest fleet card program issued in the U.S. with over 1.8 million network cardholders.
Challenge
The bank wanted to combine its robust inventory of approved fuel and service locations with fleet telematics and mobile technology to create a real-time tablet-based application for fleet managers and drivers.
Concentrix Catalyst, as the system integrator and mobility expert, facilitated technical strategy and integration sessions with the company and the telematics provider to produce a solution architecture for the product.
Solution
The result is a tablet-based app that delivers real-time data to fleet managers and drivers. The app provides fleet tracking, fuel fraud detection, alerts, messaging, and turn-by-turn navigation.
